Meltingly creamy and almost liquid at the center, this exquisite cheese is best enjoyed cooked or roasted in the oven for a fondue-like experience. While European tradition wraps this style of cheese in spruce bark, we've added an Indonesian twist by using Janur (coconut leaves).
