A tangy, salty and creamy Greek feta infused with locally grown pepper corns. A great cheese to crumble over a salad or in a spinach pie. 8 Degrees follows the traditional artisanal making process which requires a 4 day dry salting followed by long lacto-fermentation in brine. Which makes it not only taste delicious but also incredibly healthy and high in probiotics.
Choose from Traditional style or infused with peppercorns or chilli flakes.
