Ashed Bloomy Cows Milk
A French style soft cheese with a bloomy rind and a sprinkle of food grade ash. A cow’s cheese with a subtle goaty bite. It is aged for one week, until a bloomy white jacket grows over the ash, creating a gooey layer just under the coat. A rich flavour that intensifies the longer it is aged. Have it young, or keep it a week longer for a stronger taste experience.
